What Can You Expect From Stumpro?

It is, of course, a company's prerogative to decide what is and is not within the scope of their work. And it is even better if they let the customer know upfront. In this case, the stump grinder did a good job setting expectations for the customer.

At Stumpro, we want to set expectations too.

Here is what you can expect from Stumpro:

• You can expect Stumpro to be responsive, that is, to answer the phone and respond to text messages quickly. We won't leave you hanging.

• You can expect us to arrive at the job site when we say we will.

• You can expect all of the stumps, roots, and any other relevant areas to be ground at least 6" below grade.

• You can expect the chips from the stump to be raked or pushed back into the hole.

• You can expect us to blow any hardscapes off and leave the job site looking clean.

• Finally, you can expect Stumpro to stick to the agreed-upon price unless stumps are added that were not included in the original quote.

These are the expectations we've set for our company and expectations you can have of us. If any one of them is not met, please let us know, and we will make it right.
